IMPROVE was present at the AOCS conference in Mineapolis taking place from the 5th to the 9th of May 2018, involving more than 1300 participants coming from 29 different countries.
A special session on proteins was set up for the first time this year.
IMPROVE has been asked to become an AOCS member with the aim of promoting protein processing technologies and participating in the implementation of standardized methods to characterize the functional properties of proteins.
